Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances can change. We offer a refund on your SafeShipPro service purchase under the following conditions:

  • A refund request must be submitted before the associated shipping label is created by the merchant or the package has been scanned into the carrier’s system. Once the package is in transit, the service is considered active and is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • If you cancel the underlying product order with the merchant, you may request a refund for the associated SafeShipPro fee, provided the item has not yet shipped.

We aim to process all eligible refund requests promptly. However, we may invite you to a chat to understand the reason for your request, as your feedback is valuable for improving our services.

Please Note the Following Conditions:

  • Clause 1: Processing Time: Please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your refund request. During this time, we need to verify the shipping status of your order with the merchant and carrier.

  • Clause 2: Ineligible for Refund: A refund cannot be issued if a shipping claim has already been filed for the protected order.

  • Clause 3: Final Sale: Once a package is in transit, the purchase of SafeShipPro protection is final and non-refundable.

  • Clause 4: Suspicious Activity: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any requests that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of our terms.
