  • Service Description: SafeShipPro provides shipping protection coverage for goods purchased from our partnered merchants. The specifics of the coverage, including covered items, limits of liability, and claim procedures, will be detailed at the time of purchase.
  • Coverage: Our service protects against loss, theft, or damage of your package during transit. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the specific plan you purchase.
  • Filing a Claim: To file a claim, you must follow the procedures outlined on our Site. This will typically require providing proof of purchase, evidence of loss or damage, and any other documentation we may reasonably require. 7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
